Collector’s Corner Highlight: A Hidden Gem from the 90s World Cup USA 94 + Rare Hulk Leaflet!

If you're a retro Sega collector or a sucker for ‘90s football nostalgia, this one’s for you.

We recently listed a complete copy of World Cup USA 94 for the Sega Mega Drive  but with an unexpected twist: inside the case was a rare original promo leaflet for The Incredible Hulk game, published by U.S. Gold.

Now, if you're not deep into Mega Drive ephemera, you might not realise just how uncommon these inserts are. This particular Hulk leaflet was only included in select early U.S. Gold releases, and not all World Cup USA 94 copies had it. It’s a real bonus find  and a lovely bit of Marvel-meets-retro-gaming crossover history.

Why is this leaflet so special?

 It features bold comic style Hulk artwork with that classic “COMING SOON” stripe.

 It was likely printed in very limited numbers, meaning many copies were lost, thrown away, or never included in the first place.

It ties together two different retro collecting worlds: Sega Mega Drive fans and Marvel memorabilia hunters.

We’ve listed the full bundle  game, manual, case, and the leaflet  in our shop under the Sega Mega Drive section. It’s priced fairly, considering the unique inclusion and good condition, and it won’t be sticking around for long.
