- manual
- inserts / promotional leaflets shown

Tested and working.
Condition:
- overall condition is very good to near mint, but I prefer to grade conservatively
- case is very clean and presents really well
- cover artwork is clean with strong colour
- manual is in excellent condition
- disc is very clean with only very light signs of handling, if any

- the DLC / add-on content card has been scratched, so any code should be assumed used
- only the physical items shown are included
